Wholeness definition

The definition of wholeness used for this blog is:

Wholeness involves all aspects of one’s existence unified through a loving relationship with God, resulting in inner rest that is expressed by: integrating mind/body/spirit, strengthening relationships, caring for creation, and healing the nations.

As you can see, there are several aspects of wholeness here:

1) It involves “all aspects of one’s existence”

2) All aspects of one’s existence are “unified through a loving relationship with God”

3) There is “inner rest”

4) Out of the inner rest that comes from having all aspects of one’s life united through a loving relationship with God, four things happen:

               a) integration of mind, body and spirit

               b) strengthened relationships

               c) care for creation (resources)

               d) healing the nations (care for communities)
